Thank you for shopping with Faux20Decor! We’re a small handmade business, and every order is crafted with care. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

📦 Processing Times

Made-to-Order Plant Items
Our faux cannabis plant decor and bouquets are made to order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Please allow 9–14 business days for production before shipping.

Bulk Orders: If you're ordering more than 3 plants at a time, additional production time may be required. Large plant orders take longer to handcraft and may extend fulfillment beyond the standard timeline. We’ll notify you if any delays occur.

Smaller Items (e.g., fake nugs, doobie pins, keychains)
These are typically ready to ship within 2–3 business days.
Note: Orders of 1 pound of faux nugs or more may take a few additional days to ship.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on your order and location.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days after your order is processed
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update

We primarily serve U.S. customers. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please email us to discuss shipping options.

• Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or returned packages

📦 Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.

If you have any issues or questions about your order, contact us at Faux20Decor@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you within 24 hours.

🔄 Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

• You must contact us first at Faux20Decor@gmail.com to obtain return authorization and instructions
• Once returned, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs
